Refunds and Returns

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.
To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at custompetportraits@nicecreationnz.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items, digital products, or gift cards.
Refunds for Damaged Items
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
